Soft Wash House Washing
Soft wash uses a biodegradable cleaning solution applied at low pressure to break down algae, mold, mildew, and oxidation at the source. The solution does the work. Pressure moves it where it needs to go, but not hard enough to damage anything.
The process starts with a pre-rinse of landscaping. Then the solution goes on the siding from the bottom up to prevent streaking. It dwells for several minutes, then rinses clean.

Roof Cleaning
Roof cleaning removes algae, moss, and lichen from asphalt shingles using the same low-pressure soft wash method. High pressure on a roof strips granules, accelerates wear, and can void manufacturer warranties.
The black streaking running down asphalt shingle roofs is almost always Gloeocapsa Magma, a type of algae that feeds on the limestone filler in shingles. Left alone, it holds moisture against the shingles, speeds up granule loss, and shortens the life of the roof.
We fold roof cleaning into house washing visits when both are needed. One trip, two jobs done.
